Returns and Exchanges

We are not only confident you will be happy with your new merchandise, but also pleased with the quality, and timely manner you receive your order. All orders are backed with 100% customer satisfaction or your money back! You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges to receive an RA number. (Online Orders Only) You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to make an exchange or return. Koolabuura boots are exchangeable or store credit will be given. All customized jewelry is not returnable.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hangtags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.
If you received free shipping and wish to make a return, you will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
All items marked Clearance and Sale is excluded from this policy and is not refundable.
In store Return Policy
Items may be returned for a full refund 7 days from date of receipt. Store credit or exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days from date of receipt. All sales are final after 14 days.
All items on sale are final, and may not be returned.
All customized jewelry is not returnable.
Pre orders/Back orders
Shipping date may change without notice on Pre orders and Back orders, but we strive to ship back ordered items and pre ordered items out during the expected ship dates. When placing an order for an item that is on back or pre order, the expected shipping date is listed on the product page.
