All items sold on Facebook & Instagram are exchangeable for a different item, size or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you would like to make a return. If item is marked final sale in the description, it may not be returned. If your flash sale item(s) was shipped, $6.00 will be deducted from your credit so we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices on all Flash Sale merchandise. Please contact fb @ PulseStl.com if you would like to make a return.
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to make an exchange or return. A full refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return back. We can not accept any returns with out a RA number. Please contact returns @ PulseStl.com to get an RA number. Please provide your invoice number and reason for return. If you received free shipping, $6.00 will be deducted from your credit/refund so we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hang-tags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.
In store return policy
Items may be returned for a full refund 7 days from date of receipt. Store credit or exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days from date of receipt. All sales are final after 14 days.
