|How much is shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|

All in stock items ship within 24-48 hours using UPS or USPS.Facebook Sale
Most items sold on Facebook are Pre ordered exclusive items. Please refer to the item for expected ship dates. This is how we are able to offer the lowest price possible and you get the items before it hits the store.
All items sold on Facebook Sale are exchangeable for a different item or size. You may also receive a store credit to be used in store or on a future FB sale. If item is marked final sale in the description, it may not be returned.
If any item is returned that was shipped for free, you will be charged a $8.00 shipping fee if it is returned. This policy is to insure we continue to offer free shipping on every item and maintain super low prices.
Returns and Exchanges
We are not only confident you will be happy with your new merchandise, but also pleased with the quality, and timely manner you receive your order. All orders are backed with 100% customer satisfaction or your money back! You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges to receive an RA number. (Online Orders Only) You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us if you wish to make an exchange or return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return not authorized or received after 7 days and store credit will be given.
All customized jewelry is not returnable.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hang-tags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.
If you received free shipping and wish to make a return, you will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.

Items may be returned for a full refund 7 days from date of receipt. Store credit or exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days from date of receipt. All sales are final after 14 days.

Shipping date may change without notice on Pre orders and Back orders, but we strive to ship back ordered items and pre ordered items out during the expected ship dates. When placing an order for an item that is on back or pre order, the expected shipping date is listed on the product page.
