Shipping and Returns
Flash Sale Return Policy
  All items sold on Facebook & Instagram are exchangeable for a different item, or online/store credit. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you would like to make a return. If item is marked final sale in the description, it may not be returned. If your flash sale item(s) was shipped, $6.00 will be deducted from your credit so we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices on all Flash Sale merchandise. Please contact support @ PulseStl.com if you would like to make a return.
In store return policy
  Items may be returned within 7 days from date of receipt, after 7 days you will be issued a store credit. All sales are final after 14 days.
Pre Orders
  We strive to ship back orders and pre orders items out during the expected ship dates, but please be aware ships dates can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to keep you updated if any change occurs. Most Pre ordered items are offered at exclusive discounted prices, so you will be charged at the time of purchase so we can maintain low prices and free shipping. Once your order is placed, price will not change on order.

Request an RA Number
  To request an RA # click here, Make sure to include your order number and reason for return. All online sales are final after 7 days of receiving your order.
Web Order Return Policy
  Items may be returned within 7 days from date of receipt and you will be issued a online/store credit via email. All sales are final after 14 days. We can not accept any returns with out a RA number. Please contact returns @ PulseStl.com to get an RA number. Please provide your invoice number and reason for return. If you received free shipping, $6.00 will be deducted from your credit/refund so we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hang-tags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the item has been used or damaged for any reason. All sale items and personalized items are final sale.
I received the wrong product
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
